Oh, Lynne, I’m so sorry. 2020 still feels like it’s going on. How good of you to go help those poor sick people. I’ve had Covid myself and am a long-hauler, so I know personally how wonderful it is to have someone there.
So sorry to hear that you’re a long-hauler, Candice… wow. That’s so tough. The whole thing is just so random– who gets it, how badly they get it, how quickly they recover. I’m so very glad you had someone there to help you when things were at their worst.
How lucky they were to have you, Lynne. I hope you and Bill have stayed healthy.
Yes, we have stayed healthy, David – thanks! We were both fully vaccinated when I went, and have had no symptoms whatsoever. So we’re very grateful.
This isn’t fair! I just joined the choir. I just came across your website and read excerpts of your children’s book. Why hasn’t life made our paths cross? I would love to meet you in person. Please introduce yourself to me someday soon. I think we would be good friends. I’m sorry to hear of your sufferings.
