Edna Barth was born February 27, 1900 in Keokuk, Iowa. She worked as a librarian, a teacher, and an editor of books for young people before becoming the author of many well-known books for children.
She is the author of I’m Nobody, Who Are You? The Story of Emily Dickinson; The Day Luis Was Lost; Baldur and the Mistletoe; Cupid and Psyche; Hearts, Cupids, and Red Roses. Ms. Barth died in 1981.
